Introducing CMNTY Pulse: a sentiment analysis tool

17-03-2020

The great thing about insights communities running on CMNTY Platform is that it’s relatively easy to get people engaged into activities. This is largely due to the variety of activity types that are available, the built in gamification, and the friendly UX design of the platform. However, lots of engagement also means there’s lots of content for you to dig through. Luckily, CMNTY Pulse, a tool for sentiment analysis, is here to help by giving you a central insights and moderation hub that makes your life easier. And today we are expanding it with sentiment analysis software.

The Bookmark

Let’s go trough the basics and explain why software for sentiment analysis will be a game changer during your research projects. Throughout the platform, you can use bookmarking to tag interesting posts within your community. You can automatically bookmark content based on keyword recognition or you can bookmark interesting content manually while reading.
