MarketResponse Netherlands and the Healthcare Marketing Platform are joining forces to help healthcare organizations better utilize their data. This collaboration was confirmed by MarketResponse COO Theo van der Steen and Joep van de Ven, director of the Healthcare Marketing Platform, aiming to optimize healthcare delivery through data-driven patient, client, and referrer satisfaction.
Joep van de Ven, director of the Healthcare Marketing Platform, emphasizes the importance of this collaboration: “Since the pandemic, we’ve noticed that people have less and less time for ‘live meetings’ and are looking for additional ways to gather and share knowledge and insights on healthcare marketing.”
Healthcare Institutions have much to gain
Annually, MarketResponse organizes the election of the most customer-friendly company in the Netherlands. Surprisingly few healthcare institutions are nominated, even though these institutions spend a lot of time and money to find out how satisfied their customers are.
According to principal consultant Wiebe de Ridder of MarketResponse, this new collaboration could change that: “We see a lot of potential in data-driven healthcare market research, but it’s not being fully utilized,” says De Ridder. “By joining forces, we can more concretely support healthcare organizations in improving their services.”
There’s much to be gained in healthcare, but this collaboration is a step in the right direction. The ultimate goal is significantly improved patient satisfaction, happier healthcare staff, and thereby better care.
