MarketResponse acquires Reputations: full-service in insights-driven marketing

15-03-2023

MarketResponse is acquiring Reputations Content & Campaigns. With this acquisition, the fast-growing company takes another big step towards realising its strategy: offering full-service in insights-driven marketing.

Clear and consistent communication is essential

MarketResponse CEO Jorgen Botermans sees the acquisition as an obvious step. “In our digital, globalising world, clear and consistent communication is essential. With it, you show what you stand for as a brand or organisation. You strengthen the relationship with your target groups and remain relevant to them. To do this optimally, on the one hand you cannot do without valuable data and insights, on the other hand you need communication specialists and creatives to translate this into a communication strategy and content. With Reputations on board, we offer our clients exactly this combination.”

We make a difference in data-driven communication

Reputations founder Jos Frijters also points to the added value for clients. “Our clients rightly demand that investments in marketing and communications deliver demonstrable positive results. As part of MarketResponse, we can now make a difference like no other in data-driven communication and content marketing. Moreover, we add specific expertise in brand strategy, reputation management and visual identity to MarketResponse’s portfolio. We also fit together very well in terms of culture. For our people, this offers wonderful opportunities to develop further in a dynamic organisation with an international scope.”

Rapid integration

Jos Frijters joins MarketResponse’s management board in the position of Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer (CCMO). In addition, he will remain ultimately responsible for Reputations, or the communications & content marketing businessline. Both companies foresee a rapid integration. They have been working closely together for several years and are based in the same office in Utrecht. MarketResponse also has offices in Amsterdam and New York.

Buy-and-build strategy

The acquisition of Reputations is part of MarketResponse’s buy-and-build strategy around the areas of insights, research and CX technology and data-driven marketing. Earlier, MarketResponse announced the acquisition of CX specialist Underlined.
