Student Journey Cockpit for Hogeschool Utrecht: the optimal experience with impact
Hogeschool Utrecht (HU) asked Underlined to co-create a data driven CX university of applied sciences for an effortless, seamless, and pleasant student experience – both for orientating and already registered students. Providing students with a memorable experience so that they spontaneously talk positively about their academy with friends, feel connected and return after their studies for further education- & alumni activities.
Through various data sources, feedback- & data analysis, data science techniques and by using the Insights Framework, we have created the Student Journey Cockpit to provide insight into the student experience – connecting data, departments and CX more strongly. Allowing HU to continuously manage, monitor and prioritize what the greatest impact has on the student experience and how that can develop (business)value. Resulting in more student success, making education flexible with personalization, and ensuring students of a memorable study time.
